Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to restore 38 culvert locations within a total of 22 drainage systems and install new Transportation Management System (TMS) elements at two locations on U.S. Route 101 in Santa Barbara County. The culverts are at various locations along the
52-mile stretch from the Santa Barbara-Ventura County line to the Old Coast Highway, approximately 4 miles south of Buellton.
