Section 15332 Class 32 (In-Fill Development Projects) consists of projects that meet specific conditions, including location, size, and consistency with General Plan and zoning. The project is for the demolition of a single-family dwelling and detached garage and the subdivision of one lot into three (3) small lots. As the project is the construction of single-family dwellings and Accessory Dwelling Units, and a project which is characterized as in-fill development, the project qualifies for the Class 32 Categorical Exemption. The project site does not have any protected trees or street trees. Two (2) on-site non-protected trees are proposed for removal.
