Document Description
The County of Stanislaus proposes to construct up to 1,300 linear feet of a new thirteen foot tall soundwall along Kansas Avenue from Morse Road to Mercy Ave. The project will also widen Kansas Avenue by four feet to accommodate curb and gutter, install storm drains and catch basins, and may require minor utility relocations to accommodate the new soundwall. The Project will be entirely within City of Modesto right-of-way.
