Document Description
The Project includes evaluating the City of Oakdale's (City) service area and the current processes at the existing treatment facilities, including the potential source of recycled water, current disposal/reuse of wastewater, and current sources of freshwater. The City will also explore options for developing a recycled water program that would provide a system to produce recycled water to offset the use of ground water and surface water. Recycled water uses considered include irrigation of nearby farmland and discharging to Oakdale Irrigation District.
