The project is exempt from the provisions of CEQA listed in Article 19: Categorical Exemptions, Section 15332, In-Fill Development, consisting of a 96,676 square foot self-storage facility that is consistent with the applicable general plan designation and zoning designation; occurs within City limits on a project site not more than five (5) acres; is located on a site that has no value as habitat for endangered, rare or threatened species; would not result in any signifying effects relating to traffic, noise, air, and water quality; and is located on a site that can be adequately served by all required utilities and public services.
