Document Description
The project consists of the construction of a new one hundred twenty-nine-point-five (129.5) foot long multi-parcel pier on Lake Tahoe. The pier will have an eighty-two (82) foot long by eight (8) foot wide causeway with a fifteen (15) foot wide by forty-five (45) foot long pierhead. Two (2) adjustable three (3) foot wide by thirty (30) foot long catwalks will be placed on opposite sides of the pierhead. In addition, public access stairways will be installed on both sides of the pier causeway near the landward end and eighteen (18) square feet of fish habitat enhancement will be placed within the project area.
