The environmental impacts of this project were previously analyzed and was Exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). This application for Extension of Time 24-03 introduces no new significant impacts and in accordance with Section 15060 of the Planning Division concluded that it is found to be exempt under Section 15061(b)(3) of CEQA due to the fact that the application of this type is not a project as defined in Section 15378 and is covered by the general rule that CEQA applies only to projects, which have the potential for causing a significant effect on the environment.
