Document Description
The project will install a solar energy system in an existing parking lot as carport canopies at the San Luis Obispo Regional Airport. This project could provide substantial cost savings and a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by offsetting a portion of electricity purchases from Pacific Gas & Electric. The constructed canopy carports will provide on-site power. shaded vehicle parking. and LED lighting for safety and security. During review of the project. no exceptions as described in section 21080.35 of the CEOA Guidelines. were determined to be applicable to the project.
