This area will be leased to provide additional parking for the new Ponderosa Fire Center located at 3421 Palmer Drive in Cameron Park, California that is located approximately 1.5 miles northwest. The parking area will provide approximately 100 parking spaces and is located at 4131 Shingle Lime Mine Road, Shingle Springs, CA 95682. No improvements or other work is being proposed.
