NOP for EIR for Mill Valley Middle School (MVMS) Reconstruction Project (the “Project”), which is a proposed replacement in kind for the existing Mill Valley Middle School. Approximately 100,000 sq. ft. of existing buildings would be removed, including the main school building and several ancillary buildings. These would be replaced with an approximately 83,000 sq. ft. new school building.
