Document Description
The WWTP HVAC Replacements Project will replace the HVAC system components at WWTP buildings as follows: Building A (air handling unit and chiller), Building T (chiller), Building H (air handling unit), Building C (air handling unit) at the District’s Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility (RWTF). The Project will also replace the fume and exhaust hoods and all applicable appurtenances (fans, variable frequency drives, etc.) for the laboratory located inside Building A at the RWTF. The DERWA HVAC Replacements Project will replace the HVAC system components in DERWA buildings as follows: Building M (air handling unit) and Building O (air handling unit) at the Recycled Water Treatment Plant. These improvements will not constitute an expansion of the existing use and will not increase the capacity of any existing facility.
