Document Description
This project consists of the sale and assignment of 102 square feet of Stream Environment Zone Restoration Credit from Conservancy-owned land to a receiving parcel. The assignment will satisfy Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) permit requirements for shoreline stair replacement. The assignment enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage within the Lake Tahoe Basin. Along with the stair replacement, the landowner will be constructing a minor addition to the main residence. This project will comply with TRPA required water quality protection Best Management Practices.
