Document Description
The County of Riverside has been under lease at 1293 West Hobson Way, Suite 1, Blythe, CA 92225 (Premises) since May 19, 2020, this facility continues to meet the needs of the Department of Public Health/WIC Program and a First Amendment to the Lease Agreement will extend the lease for an additional five years commencing July 1, 2024 and terminating June 30, 2029, and would include tenant improvements to be provided by Lessor. The tenant improvements performed by the Lessor at Lessor’s sole cost and expense includes new flooring, paint, and cove base vinyl throughout the office, exam room sink and countertop to be removed, patch and paint wall, installation of a new hands-free paper towel and soap dispenser, add electrical for a frost-free upright freezer, rekey door lock and add locks if not present, add Simplex locks on restrooms, add Hydration station in the lobby, modify greater counter to accommodate seating for two clients, no greater glass will be required, and update building signage.
