The City of Los Alamitos will use Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for removal and replacement of play equipment at Labourdette Park (4401 Howard Ave) with an all-inclusive play structure. ADA repairs will also be done to the remainder of the park to meet ADA requirements. By renovating Sterns Park, the City will have another all-inclusive playground for disabled youth citywide and in the surrounding community. The Apartment Row neighborhood is a densely populated, multiple family residential area of the City.

ADA upgrades will also be done to the remainder of the park to meet ADA requirements. By renovating Labourdette Park, the City will have another all-inclusive playground for disabled youth citywide and in the surrounding Apartment Row Neighborhood.
