Reasons for Exemption
The Department of Cannabis Control has determined that the project is a Class 32 Categorical Exemption project.
Class 32 Categorical Exemptions consist of in-fill development that is consistent with applicable general plan designations, within city limits on a project site less than 5-acres, has no habitat value for endangered species, would not result in significant impacts to traffic, noise, air quality or water quality and can be adequately served by existing utilities. None of the exceptions to this exemption defined in Section 15300.2 apply.
