The Central Valley Water Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the project. The existing Lurline Check and Siphon Structure, and associated facilities within Glenn-Colusa Irrigation District’s (GCID) Main Canal (Canal) where it crosses beneath Lurline Creek (Creek) would be replaced within the same or smaller footprint as the existing structure. The two existing bridges and associated abutments would be removed. A new low water crossing through the Creek will also be constructed.
