The 1 .70-acre site is located at 7395 Mission Gorge Road in the IL-2-1 Zone within the Navajo Community Plan area. The site is currently vacant; however, the amount of artificial fill, as documented in the Geotechnical report (Christian Wheeler, December 2020), the site has been previously disturbed. The elevations show that the storage building would be composed of a mixture of block and brick, metal canopies, with a plaster finish. A landscape plan has been reviewed and approved and will be included as part of the project. The building complies with all height and bulk regulations and is located on a site with existing public utilities to serve the facility.
