Document Description
Preserve and extend the service life of the roadway surface by improving existing fair and/or poor condition pavement to good condition utilizing Capital Preventative Maintenance (CAPM) strategies. The project proposes to restore the functionality and service life of existing drainage systems/culverts currently in fair and/or poor condition, and upgrade Transportation Management System elements, signs, sign structures, luminaires, guardrails, and vegetation control to meet current standards, in Placer County.
