Project consists of lease amendment to combine two existing leases, extend the term by five years, and require the landlord to make County directed tenant improvements for pharmacy operations. Existing HHSA services will be reorganized between the two exiting suites (100 and B112), which includes consolidating Behavioral Health Services (BHS) operations to Suite B112 and moving Medical Care Services pharmacy operations to Suite 100. The pharmacy will provide in-person services to the Public Health Lab and BHS clients.
