Document Description
The project consists of construction of a new multi-parcel one hundred seventy-seven-pointeight (177.8) foot long pier. The causeway for the pier will be eight (8) feet wide by approximately one hundred-thirty-two-point-eight (132.8) feet long with a fourteen (14) foot wide by forty-five (45) foot long pierhead. In addition, there will be one (1) set of public passage access stairs constructed at the landward end of the pier causeway as well as two (2) adjustable catwalks attached to the causeway and two (2) boatlifts mounted on opposite sides of the pierhead. Two (2) mooring buoys will be removed from the project area and twenty-seven (27) square feet of fish habitat enhancement will be placed near or under the new pier.
