Hemet Service Center is a County-owned facility located at 749 State Street, Hemet and is occupied by both County departments and private sector tenants. Care-A-Van, Inc. (Care-A-Van), a California non-profit, has occupied Hemet Service Center since 2011 and offers low- and no-cost essential transportation services to seniors, low income and disabled individuals in the Hemet/San Jacinto and Lake Elsinore areas. Care-A-Van and Facilities Management Real Estate (FM-RE) have negotiated a new revenue lease under new terms for a total occupancy of 409 square feet (Revenue Lease).The five-year Revenue Lease Agreement with Care-A-Van commences on January 1, 2024, and terminates on December 31, 2029.
