Document Description
The Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District (District) proposes to improve public access to the San Francisco Bay Trail (Bay Trail) and Ravenswood Open Space Preserve (Ravenswood) in East Palo Alto at the end of Rutgers Street, consistent with the East Palo Alto Parks Master Plan. Public access is currently blocked by a chain link fence and vehicle gate. The Project would include replacement of the existing chain link fence with an automated trail gate to allow public access to the Bay Trail and Ravenswood, and installation of signage. The Project does not propose new on- or off-street parking.
