Document Description
The Project proposes to demolish the existing Fowler Senior Center and replace it with a new Fowler Police Department Headquarters and Senior Center. The new building would be 16,81 1 square feet in size. A Conditional Use Permit was approved to allow the operation of a government building in the R-1-7 zone district. A Lot Merger was approved for the Project to merge the two underlying parcels. A Variance was also approved to allow the Project to vary from some required development standards.
