Document Description
The applicant proposes to establish a commercial open air wedding venue located at 13148 Grangeville Blvd., Hanford Assessor’s Parcel Number 009-100-020. The venue will be accessible to customers Monday through Thursdays from 11:00 am – 10:00 pm and Friday through Sundays from 11:00 am – 11:00 pm. All weddings will have security and a wedding venue representative on-site during the event. Off-street paved parking will be provided. Phase 1 will include 35 parking spaces to allow for 105 guests. Phase 2 will include additional parking in the northwest corner of the property allowing for additional guests in accordance with Article 13 of the Kings County Development Code.
