Document Description
Grant a Right of Entry (ROE) to Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) to Standish-Hickey State Recreation Area to replace one pole along the existing Rio Dell 1102 kV and Garberville 1101 kV electrical distribution lines.
All work conducted pursuant to this ROE will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, and conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
