Document Description
Caltrans proposes a project to rehabilitate ramp pavement. The scope of work includes cold planing the top 0.2 feet of the existing asphalt concrete and replace with 0.2 feet of rubberized hot mix asphalt along the entire width of the on-ramp. No ground disturbance will occur. All work will be on the paved travel way within Caltrans Right of Way. The work is in San Diego County in San Diego at the northbound I-5 exit ramp to National Avenue/28th Street.
