The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes the Yuba (YUB) and Butte (BUT) County Traffic Signal Operational Improvements Project on State Route (SR) 20 in Yuba County at post mile (PM) 1.710, SR 99 in Butte County at PM 4.124, 4.233, 4.310, and 4.377, and SR 32 in Glenn County at PM L0.111.These improvements would aid in public safety by making the signals heads more visible under low-light conditions and improving visibility at the off ramp.
