Document Description
Modifying the regulations supporting implementation of the Groundwater Sustainability Plan’s Projects and Management Actions. Modifications to Sections 1.9B will change the priority of accounting for the order of groundwater use, and modifications to Section 1.21B will streamline administrative revision in the future. The modifications to the regulations are consistent with the Westside Subbasin GSP, which allows the District to modify the Groundwater Allocation Program provided that the Groundwater Allocation Program is reasonably likely to achieve its intended objectives and support the sustainability goal for the Westside Subbasin.
