Sports Complex to be built in two phases. Phase 1A - Development of 3 lighted artificial turf sports fields, bleachers, food truck area, picnic tables, shade structures, seating, restrooms, and drinking fountains. Phase 1B to include children's play areas, multi-sport courts, & pump track. Phase 2, the Lower Sand Creek Basin, an existing CCC Flood Control and Water Conservation District flood control basin, will be used for 2 unlit natural turf sports fields and trails. A total of 437 parking spaces will be included.
