Document Description
The City is proposing to construct a new pedestrian overcrossing structure over U.S. 50, offset to the east of the existing Zinfandel Overcrossing and establish a Class 1 bicycle and pedestrian trail from White Rock Road to Folsom Boulevard. The proposed project would be located perpendicular to U.S. 50, and just east of, Zinfandel Drive. The proposed structures would be up to 625 feet long, would be 16 feet wide, and would maintain a minimum vertical clearance of 18 feet, 6 inches over U.S. 50 and the eastbound ramp. The Class 1 trail would be constructed along the eastern edge of Zinfandel Drive from White Road Road to U.S. 50 to Olson Drive and then transition to the western edge of Zinfandel Drive to Folsom Boulevard.
