Document Description
The project will add barriers to the interior circulation ramp and egress stairs to limit upward public access for vehicles and pedestrians between the fourth and fifth floor. It also adds additional safety screens around the perimeter of the fourth floor. The renovations will increase safety measures in the multi-story structure, specifically the fourth and fifth floors. The scope of work includes installation of barriers and safety upgrades for fire, security, and access.

In addition, none of the exceptions for application of a categorical exemption apply to this project.
