Document Description
Facilities within Parking Lot #1 do not currently meet accessibility requirements and will be improved to meet those requirements. The work will include the demolition of the Parking Lot #1 passenger drop-off area and pedestrian walkway from Lot 1 to the Beach Store and replacement with ADA compliant concrete parking stalls and concrete walkway. Additionally, this project will demolish portions of the pedestrian walkway from the Beach Store to two restroom buildings and replace them with new ADA compliant walkways.
