Adopt a Resolution to summarily vacate a sewer easement which is located on APN 648-072-07-00. The sewer easement is located between lot 7 and 8 on map number 16562 recorded April 5, 2023. The sewer line originally designed to be in the easement is no longer necessary because of the final orientation of the buildings on the subject’s property and the adjacent lot. Therefore, the District has determined the easement to be excess to its needs. .

This action would not have a reasonably foreseeable direct or indirect effect on the environment and is therefore not a project subject to CEQA section 15378 as it will only result in the vacation of a sewer easements rights that are no longer being used for the purposes for which there were dedicated, are not needed for this purpose, and are of limited utility. Therefore, this action would not result in any direct or indirect physical change in the environment.
