Document Description
The Project involves minor school renovations within the existing grounds of Lower Lake High School. Renovations include replacement of two existing administration / classroom buildings with a new 2-story modular administration / classroom building. The Project also includes a new internal courtyard, landscaping, and connection of the new modular building to on-site utilities. The new modular building will be located in the same vicinity as the existing buildings and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the buildings to be replaced. The Project would result in a net increase of approximately one classroom at the high school.
