The project consists of the improvement of five existing baseball fields at two city parks located across the City of Westminster. Each existing baseball diamond would include new infield dirt, re-peveling the pitching mounds and base paths, and installing new backstops and padding for each field. The existing baseball field at Sigler Park is under-utilized and will be removed and converted to two soccer fields.
