Caltrans proposes an emergency maintenance project to repair storm damage along I-5, SR-56, SR-78, SR-163, and I-905 within San Diego County. The scope of this emergency project is to repair failed drainage systems and washouts caused by the recent storm events Work will include traffic control, repairing failed culverts, HMA paving, backfilling eroded embankments, and providing erosion control BMPs.
