The subject water tank is a 157,500-gallon bolted water storage tank that has approximately ten existing leaks. The County has determined that the leaking water tank should be replaced with a new 157,500-gallon welded steel tank of the same capacity. The project will include demolishing and replacing the existing water tank in-situ, and coating the new tank with an appropriate color that meets County standards for visual resources and has been selected to match the existing character of the surrounding area.
