The Project includes annexation of 124-acres in eastern Nevada County into the Truckee Fire Protection District. The Truckee Fire Protection District , as a responsible agency, has considered the Mitigated Negative Declaration prepared and adopted for the approved project by the lead agency, the County of Nevada. This annexation will support the delivery of fire protection and emergency response services to the territory.
The Fish & Wildlife fee for the project was paid at the time the previous Notice of Determination was filed on August 12, 2024.Please see attached receipt.
