The County of Riverside (County), for the benefit of its PSEC, operates communications equipment at the Spring Hill Communication Shelter, identified by Assessor’s Parcel Number 860-040-015, under Grant #CACA-47787 from the United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management (Property). The County entered into an MOA with the Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Arizona (MCAS Yuma) on December 1, 2011, with an expiration date on November 30, 2016. This Agreement will provide the County with new terms which extends the current use of the Property for an additional nine years.
