Document Description
The Project will include developing a Recycled Water Facility Planning Study to analyze and develop projects that will establish a recycled water service area and provide and encourage the most beneficial wastewater collection and reuse system. The recycled water alternatives presented in the plan will consider customer demands, available sources of recycled water, related cost estimates and project feasibility, system hydraulics and capacity, pollution control alternatives, beneficial and adverse environmental impacts.
