The proposed project is to add potable use to an irrigation well to serve a visitor-serving facility on four parcels. The site is comprised of 8.81 acres combined and contain portions of buildings which remain after a fire damaged the Site. Applicant has applied for a Permit to create the Robles del Rio Lodge Water Distribution System (WDS) for a Well to provide water supply to the Parcels and allow for the reconstruction of the Robles del Rio Lodge. Approval of the Water Distribution System Permit #M24-03-L1 does not set an Expansion Capacity Limit or Production Limits.
