The project will consist of a lease amendment with the Seville Plaza PropCo LLC to occupy approximately 46,469 rentable square feet of the existing building. This lease amendment will extend the original lease for seven years from December 1, 2024 to November 30, 2031. The lease amendment also grants a County refurbishment allowance for minor interior alterations, including but not limited to painting and recarpeting that must be completed within the first year of the extension term.
