Document Description
This project proposes to remove and upgrade existing thermoplastic pavement marking and roadside signs on State Route 133 from Marine Way to Route 133/241 Separation (PM 10.0/13.6) in the city of Irvine. The purpose of the project is to carry out routine roadway maintenance and enhance pedestrian and driver safety by removing and upgrading existing thermoplastic pavement markings. The project is financed with state funds only. The total disturbed soil area is less than 1 acre. All work will occur within Caltrans Right of Way, no new right of way is required. This is a child project of 0U830 where the third segment has been transferred to EA 12-0V180.
