Reasons for Exemption
The project would involve replacement of approximately 2,300 linear feet of pipelines along the same alignment as the existing pipeline and extend the pipeline approximately 800 linear feet to loop the system. This replacement is intended to increase the reliability of the system for existing customers and would substantially have the same purpose and capacity as the facilities to be replaced. As such, the project involves the replacement of existing utility facilities involving negligible expansion of capacity.
