Caltrans must remove standing water, debris, sediment, and vegetation from a fully modified, concrete, flood control channel north of and parallel to westbound State Route 91 from postmile (PM) 20.5 in Los Angeles County to PM 0.12 in Orange County. The aim is to eradicate a reported mosquito/vector problem. Approximately 4000 square feet of vegetation and 8000 cubic feet of sediment will be removed from the channel.
