The project is a request for a Minor Use permit to construct and operate a 128-foot tall monopole cell tower within a 30’ x 30’ square fenced lease area on a 76-acre parcel zoned for Intensive Agriculture (A-N). Proposed access is from County Road 98 over an existing 1,705-foot long dirt road. The dirt road would be overlayed with a 15-foot wide access and utility easement. Energy would be provided through a 6-foot wide and 100-foot long electrical easement to an existing utility pole. Backup power would be provided by a 30-kW diesel generator.
