NOA for NWP 57, The purpose of the Project is to remove and replace two wood transmission poles (H frame Structure A1533215AE /A1533215BE) located within an unnamed ephemeral dry wash. The new pole holes will be dug and set within 5 feet northeast of the old poles and new 30 inch caissons will be installed for each pole.
