Document Description
Approval of final plans for the Western Gage Park Project proposed by Los Angeles Neighborhood Initiative (LANI), per RAP's Donation Agreement with LANI. Funding was recently acquired by LANI to complete the remaining proposed improvements and scope of work (construction of safety lighting, fitness equipment, a landscaped plaza area, and site amenities such as landscaping and trees) of the Project after first improvements were completed and accepted by the RAP Board of Commissioners on March 4,2021. Beneficiaries are residents of Harvard Park and Van Ness neighborhoods near the Project site who will have access to the park once the Project is complete, accepted by the Board, and RAP assumes responsibility for long-term operated and maintenance of the Project.
