The project is the conveyance of approximately 2.5 acres from Sacramento County owned property (Department of Water Resources) to SMUD, for a utility easement. The project consists of three easements on four contiguous parcels. These easements will allow for the future construction of overhead power lines which will connect to existing overhead at N Bayou and I-5 up to Powerline and Elkhorn via Meister Way and also connecting north to tie into existing facilities on Elverta.
