Document Description
The purpose of the Project is to construct a new multi-parcel pier at the subject property on Lake Tahoe. The pier will be constructed of steel piles driven using a barge mounted pile driver. The pier will also contain two adjustable catwalks. The pier will extend 118.7 feet lakeward from the high-water line. The Project, located in both Spawning and Feed and Cover fish habitat according to Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) Fish Habitat Map, will install approximately 11.5 square feet (sq. ft) of new structural pier elements and new impacts to the lakebed of Lake Tahoe.
